Blue Water is a comfortable and well-maintained cottage nestled on a wooded dune overlooking Lake Michigan, with sweeping views of the Lake and steps that lead directly to a pristine private beach with expansive sand dunes covered in beach grass.
Newly painted and decorated, this charming, sun-filled cottage has 2 levels and comfortably sleeps 9 (or 11 with the use of a sleeper couch) with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room and dining area with panoramic views and 2 outdoor patios perfect for grilling and outdoor dining (grilling supplies and patio furniture provided).
The fully-equipped kitchen includes all dishes, utensils, pots & pans, microwave, etc. Numerous books, games, puzzles and children's toys are also included, as are two TV's with DVD, cable, wireless internet access and a washer/dryer. Bath towels, linens and quilts provided - just bring bathing suits, beach towels and your groceries!
June through August rate - $2700 per week, 50% deposit to reserve, with a fully-refundable cleaning/security deposit.
Fall/Spring off-season weeks and weekends also available at a lower rate. Handicap accessible. No pets or smokers, please.

The Association
Located in a private beach association established in 1906 between Grand Haven and Holland, the cottage is surrounded by sandy dunes, wooded areas and many unique turn-of-the-century classic cottages. While the main attraction is the Lake Michigan beachfront, the cottage association is also surrounded by Pigeon Lake (5 minutes' walk) which offers another fun play area with docks for fishing, canoe and kayak access up the nearby Pigeon River. Blue Water comes with access to private tennis courts, children's play areas, quaint walking trails and boat and fishing docks on Pigeon Lake. Nearby are numerous paved biking paths, hiking trails and golf courses, in addition to farmers' markets, art galleries, antiques, fine dining and shopping just a short distance away in downtown Holland, Grand Haven and Saugatuck. Bluewater is ideally situated between Holland and Grand Haven and is just 25 minutes from Saugatuck. Each offers plentiful quaint boutiques, excellent dining, antique and art galleries. Favorite activities nearby include blueberry picking, farmers markets, golfing and watersports.
